Pengaruh Green Culture, Green Transformational Leadership , Green Human Resource Management Terhadap Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect green culture, transformational leadership, human resource management on organizational citizenship behavior among employees PT. Rita Ritelindo in Cilacap. Data were collected from two hundred and fifty one Cilacap with data collection technique used was purposive sampling. hypothesis test Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. results testing study indicate that there a positive behavior. managerial implication how managers should have more frequent conversations or discussions about environmental issues, because factors cannot be predicted, must also braver responsible for encouraging achieve company's goals leaders as well consider innovation movements create environment within company, courage acknowledge initiatives publicly so are aware importance being environmentally friendly, expected courageous making new practices improve performance organization order an healthy, safe can provide comfort every employee.
